To ensure we continue to deliver the exceptional care you deserve, we’d like to share a few updates to our policies and procedures.
These updates are designed to make things as seamless as possible for everyone and help us create the best experience for all our clients. Your understanding and support mean the world to us!
Booking & Scheduling Policy
In Spring 2024, we introduced a deposit requirement to make securing your appointment as smooth as possible. It’s our way of ensuring your spot is reserved while keeping things simple and seamless for everyone:
• Deposit Requirement: To secure your appointment, we require a $50 deposit at the time of booking. This will go toward your total at checkout.
Late and Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’ve set these policies to ensure we can continue to provide top-notch service for everyone:
• 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: If your plans change, we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust accordingly.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $50 charge.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel your appointment to ensure everyone is on schedule.
• Rescheduling Courtesy: We understand that things come up! Each client is allowed a one-time rescheduling courtesy for unforeseen changes.
• No Call/No Show: Missed appointments without notice may result in being unable to book future appointments with us.
Supervision Policy for Children Under 16
To keep our space safe and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask for your help with the following:
• Parental Supervision: All children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult while at the clinic.
• No Unattended Children: For safety reasons, children cannot be left alone in the waiting area or treatment rooms. Our staff is unable to supervise children.
• Respectful Behavior: To create a calm and relaxing environment, we ask that children remain quiet and calm while in the clinic.
• Safety First: To prevent accidents, children must stay with their supervising adult at all times.
• Policy Enforcement: If a child is found unattended, a gentle reminder of this policy will be given. If supervision isn’t possible, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
