MARA KEITH, NURSE PRACTITIONER & OWNER
Mara Keith is a board certified nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience of direct patient care, with the last six in aesthetics. She provides services which include neurotoxins (Botox and similar), dermal fillers, medical grace skincare and chemical peels. Mara’s dream as a child was to become an artist but was instead led down the healthcare pathway; she feels that aesthetics is a perfect marriage of her artistic skills and medical training. Her goals are always to create a natural-looking result which enhance her clients' natural beauty. Her favorite services are preventative aging treatments with neurotoxins and lip fillers.
REBEKAH BARNES, NURSE PRACTITIONER
Rebekah Barnes is a board-certified nurse practitioner with 14 years of experience, two of which have been in aesthetics. She is an NC native, grew up in Mint Hill/Matthews, and graduated from East Carolina University with a master's in nursing. Rebekah specialized in neonatal medicine and also works in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Clinical procedures for neonates require a skilled clinician with precision and accuracy, so adding aesthetic procedures to her skillset was a natural fit. She originally started working in aesthetics due to her love of skin care and anti-aging interests. She provides services to her clients that include neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, Daxxify), dermal fillers, Sculptra, medical grade skin care and consultation, chemical peels and microneedling. Her goals for all of her clients are undetectable treatments that restore youth and natural beauty.
BETH KOHLBRENNER, OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Beth Kohlbrenner joined the Harmonia team in 2024, bringing her expertise in organization and client care to her role as Office Administrator. She manages appointment scheduling, oversees office operations, and supports the Nurse Practitioners in delivering the highest level of wellness care.
With over 15 years of experience in retail management and hospitality, Beth has worked with Gap, Inc. and various independent and national hospitality brands. Her background in customer service and operational efficiency ensures a seamless experience for both clients and staff.
Beth lives in Charlotte, NC, with her husband, two sons, and their golden retriever, Millie
