Website Use
This website is intended to provide information about Glow With Harmonia, its services, booking options, special offers, testimonials, and related content. By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its functionality, attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data, or copy or republish website content for commercial use without written permission.
Services Offered
Services may include injectable neurotoxins, IV hydration therapy, medical weight loss, facials, microneedling, and skincare-related treatments. Some services may require consultation, eligibility review, medical clearance, or provider approval before treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where treatment is not clinically appropriate, safe, or aligned with provider judgment.
Booking, Deposits & Late Arrivals
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. Your appointment is not secured until the deposit is received. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your scheduled service unless otherwise stated.
Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened, modified, or canceled at our discretion. Full service fees may still apply when appointment time has been reserved for you.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, do not attend your appointment, or otherwise fail to present for your reserved service, your deposit will be forfeited.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings or the requirement of a new deposit before rebooking.
Payments, Pricing & Specials
Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing, promotions, and specials are subject to change without notice. Specials linked on this website or through third-party platforms may have separate eligibility terms, expiration dates, blackout periods, or service limitations.
Specials may not be combined unless expressly stated.

Testimonials, reviews, photographs, and before/after content displayed on this website or linked social media pages are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only. They reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of the same or similar outcome.

By scheduling or receiving services, you acknowledge that aesthetic, skincare, wellness, and medical-adjacent treatments involve inherent risks, possible side effects, variable outcomes, and the possibility that your desired result may not be achieved. You voluntarily assume those risks.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Consultation & Eligibility Required
Injectable neurotoxins, IV hydration therapy, medical weight loss services, microneedling, and certain skincare services may not be appropriate for every individual. A consultation, intake review, and full disclosure of your medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, and relevant conditions may be required before treatment.
Informed Consent & Client Responsibility
By booking or receiving services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to disclose all relevant health information and understand that failure to do so may increase your risk of adverse events or disqualify you from treatment.
You are responsible for following all pre-care and post-care instructions provided by your practitioner.
No Guaranteed Results
All services are elective and individual results vary. Glow With Harmonia does not promise or guarantee any specific aesthetic, wellness, weight loss, or skin-related result. Some clients may require multiple sessions, maintenance treatments, or changes to their treatment plan over time.
Release of Liability
By proceeding with services, you acknowledge the known and unknown risks of treatment and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, release Glow With Harmonia and its providers from liability for complications, reactions, dissatisfaction with results, or other outcomes arising from elective treatment, except where prohibited by law.
Glow With Harmonia is not responsible for complications resulting from undisclosed medical information, failure to follow instructions, contraindicated self-care, or individual biological response.
SMS Terms & Conditions
Effective September 17, 2026. These terms apply to Harmonia Wellness & Aesthetics promotional text messages.
SMS Program
Harmonia Wellness & Aesthetics may send recurring promotional and marketing text messages to customers who voluntarily opt in to receive them.
Messages may include special offers, promotions, events, membership information, service updates, new services, and other Harmonia Wellness & Aesthetics marketing communications. Messages will identify Harmonia Wellness & Aesthetics as the sender.
SMS Consent
Participation in our promotional text messaging program is voluntary. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring promotional and marketing text messages from Harmonia Wellness & Aesthetics at the mobile number you provide.
Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to wireless carrier and network availability. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting Out
You may unsubscribe from promotional text messages at any time by replying STOP.
After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. You will not receive additional promotional messages from this program unless you opt in again.

Media Release & Client Content
Unless you decline in writing before your appointment, you authorize Glow With Harmonia to photograph, record, or otherwise capture treatment-related images or videos and to use approved content for lawful marketing, educational, website, social media, promotional, and portfolio purposes.
If you do not wish to have your likeness, treatment area, or results shared, you must notify us in writing before services are rendered. We will honor documented opt-out requests to the extent reasonably possible.
