Website Use
This website is intended to provide information about Glow With Harmonia, its services, booking options, special offers, testimonials, and related content. By using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its functionality, attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data, or copy or republish website content for commercial use without written permission.
Services Offered
Services may include injectable neurotoxins, IV hydration therapy, medical weight loss, facials, microneedling, and skincare-related treatments. Some services may require consultation, eligibility review, medical clearance, or provider approval before treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where treatment is not clinically appropriate, safe, or aligned with provider judgment.
Booking, Deposits & Late Arrivals
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. Your appointment is not secured until the deposit is received. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your scheduled service unless otherwise stated.
Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened, modified, or canceled at our discretion. Full service fees may still apply when appointment time has been reserved for you.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, do not attend your appointment, or otherwise fail to present for your reserved service, your deposit will be forfeited.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings or the requirement of a new deposit before rebooking.
Payments, Pricing & Specials
Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing, promotions, and specials are subject to change without notice. Specials linked on this website or through third-party platforms may have separate eligibility terms, expiration dates, blackout periods, or service limitations.
Specials may not be combined unless expressly stated.

By proceeding with services, you acknowledge the known and unknown risks of treatment and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, release Glow With Harmonia and its providers from liability for complications, reactions, dissatisfaction with results, or other outcomes arising from elective treatment, except where prohibited by law.
Glow With Harmonia is not responsible for complications resulting from undisclosed medical information, failure to follow instructions, contraindicated self-care, or individual biological response.
